Caught this tid-bit earlier thought it was amusing.

Altria Group is the parent of Marlboro, which has consistently been the world's best-selling cigarette brand since 1972. The company also churns out the Basic, Virginia Slims and Funkadelic Parliament brands of cigarettes. Last week, the company reported per-share earnings of $1.21 per share (for the third quarter), seven cents better than analysts were expecting. Revenue rose 3.2% during the period to $4 billion. Increased taxes and continued restrictions on where smokers can and cannot partake haven't seemed to result in a perceptible drop in sales.

In the past 4 days I have torn through 6 romance novels, I think I may have a problem. It could be worse, it could be heroin.
I'm making an attempt to learn how to knit, so far it's merely made me frustrated, mostly because the kitten insists on playing with the yarn and needles while I'm trying to figure out this casting on thing. Oh yeah I adopted a kitten from Krystal about a month ago. Right now she is attacking one of the skirts hanging in my closet.
I don't even remember the last thing I posted in here. Hopefully I was in a better mood then, the speed that the M&Ms a disappearing from the mug beside me tells me that when they are gone I will sink back into the melancholy that led to the feverish pursuit of romance novels in the first place.

Sometimes thinking hurts me.
We were slapped in the face with an extra hour of work due to daylight savings time. I'm happy that tonight was a 6pm shift for me. Everyone scheduled for 4 pm was fucked into a 13-14 hour long shift with no real breaks.
